Paulina is a bilingual strategic communications professional with more than 12 years of experience working at the top level within the Mexican government, media, and international organizations.

She started her career as a journalist covering the 2006 election in Mexico and eventually rose to the position of co-anchor of the daily newscast “News from Congress” for the Congress Television Channel.

She has served as senior advisor to the Attorney General of Mexico and chief of staff to the Secretary of Urban Development, where she participated as the Secretary’s representative in the U.S.-Mexico task force on climate change. A former diplomat, she has also worked as chief of staff and head of communications and spokesperson for the Embassy of Mexico in the United States.

Paulina is a frequent commentator in international TV networks, where she discusses political developments in the United States, Mexico and Latin America. She holds a B.A. in Communications and a master’s degree in Political Management.

Born in Mexico City, she came to Washington, DC in 2013 where she lives with her husband and their dog, Coco.
