Angie Torres

Angie Torres is a Digital Organizer for Mighty Earth working to pressure Stop & Shop to cut ties with suppliers that are driving water and forest destruction. Angie is a recent graduate of Harvard College and a current fellow with Green Corps, the Field School for Environmental Organizing. While in school, Angie studied Integrative Biology with a minor in History of Science and a certificate in Latin American Studies. She also served as an officer with the Harvard College Conservation Society and co-founded the first collegiate chapter of the Women in Nature Network. Through her Green Corps year, Angie has organized for renewable energy in New Orleans and youth voter registration in Houston. She is excited to be (virtually) returning to Massachusetts for Mighty Earth’s Stop Don’t Chop campaign.
